Michael Goode to replace Korkmaz as Deeping Rangers boss
Deeping Rangers have announced former player Michael Goode will replace Tuncay Korkmaz as first team manager.
Korkmaz will step down after Deeping’s final game of the season the Hinchingbrooke Cup final on Monday (kick-off 7.45pm) against Peterborough Northern Star at Jubilee Park in Huntingdon.
Goode will be assisted by Jack Marsden.
The new manager has a close connection with Rangers after starting his footballing career in the Deeping junior section, progressing through to become a first team regular and following a time at Bedford FC returned to the fold.
He was a member of the UCL Championship winning team of 2006/2007.
Since then Goode has gained managerial experience at Blackstones and Peterborough Northern Star as co-manager alongside Darren Jarvis.
