Stamford Under-8s took three teams to Peterborough on Sunday, and returned with wins for all three.
Stamford Purple drew their first match against Peterborough A with seven tries each, Joseph Beeseley, Matty Birbeck, Ned and Will Walker scoring.
They won their second match by 12 tries to five, with scores from Will Walker, Sam Wilson and Birbeck.
Stamford Black started with a convincing 9-1 win over Peterborough B, with tries from Jack Haynes and Rhys Howard.
Their second match was a 7-7 draw against Peterborough A, despite taking a 5-2 lead at one point.
Stamford Gold was the most successful team, beating Peterborough A by 8-6, with scores from Teddy Crooke, Oscar Townsin and Louis Batty, and winning their second game 9-4 thanks to great lines of running and support.
