Deeping St James Angling Club fished their John Harris Cup match at Deeping Roadside on Sunday.
Although the river was starting to return to normal levels the venue was still out of sorts with the fish having moved from their normal areas.
Out in front, for the second week, was Ramsey member Steve Cox with a level 3lb of roach from peg 20.
Unable to get a bite on the pole he reverted to long troting a stick float to take fish on bread punch and this win gives him his first trophy with the club.
In second place, from peg 13 was Jason Wilmer with 1lb 1oz, and third from peg 18 was Graham Wright with 9oz.
