On Sunday there was a family rugby themed fun day was enjoyed by all. Presentations of certificates and medals were made to all the young players.
The recently established satellite club for girls at Catmose College and the after school club at Uppingham Community College came together for a training session and mini match followed by a demo match from Market Harborough girls and a touring team from Milton Keynes.
A fast and furious, no holds barred match left the local girls inspired and training starts on Sunday midday to 1.30pm and every following Sunday for the girls.
A new Girls Section will be established at the club in September when all girls under 15 will be welcome.
