The team gave their riders and bikes some track time at NLR at Donnington Park last weekend where they got the season off to a phenomenal start.

Team riders Joe Collier and Luke Hedger on board the Kawasaki ZX-10RR both gave a great account of themselves in the Pirelli Super Series 1000.

Hedger brought home a win for the team and three third placings while Collier claimed a resounding three second spots with exciting competitive riding by both.

Joined by team manager Liam Murtagh, they also brought home the first place trophy for the endurance race having led virtually from the off.

And Lyddington-based Chris Cunnington of Cunnington Property Developers, who put the team together, is excited for the coming campaign.

He said: “I couldn’t really have asked for more from the weekend.

"It gave the team an opportunity to give the bikes a real try-out under race conditions and, although we have a few small changes to make, the results were outstanding and to a man we went home happy.

"I knew in Joe and Luke I had two fantastic riders and they certainly lived up to my expectations and then some.

"We are now looking forward to getting the campaign started for real at Silverstone in April."
