Ketton start their Peterborough League Premier Division campaign with a defeat against Netherton United

Ketton boss Darren Moody took plenty of encouragement from his side's opening day display as they got their new Peterborough League campaign underway on Saturday.

They went down to a 4-0 home defeat against title favourites Netherton, but Moody was able to take plenty of positives away from the Premier Division clash.

His new-look squad included 10 teenagers alongside club stalwarts Mat Bird and Connor Breakell, new skipper Harry Gow as well as experienced Peterborough League campaigner Ian Walker.
