Oakham United’s home ground Barleythorpe Road will be renamed Sterling Meadows after the club has secured a naming rights deal with their main sponsor Sterling Choice.

Sterling Choice is a Peterborough based recruitment company finding people for jobs in the good, FMCG and engineering sectors.

The move is the next step in Oakham’s development from a struggling PDFL Premier Division side two years ago into UCL Division One outfit.

The club moved to their new ground last summer and spent hours of time off the field last season getting it up to Step 6 FA standards to make their dream of promotion possible.

Sterling Choice have also agreed to extend their deal at the club’s main sponsor.
