United Counties League suspends fixtures after Government places Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire in tier four




The United Counties League - which features Blackstones, Bourne Town and Deeping Rangers - has suspended its fixtures folllowing the Government announcement regarding the tier system.

The league covers Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire which have all been placed in tier four.

League chairman Alan Poulain said: "Following the Government announcement, it has been decided that the league should suspend all fixtures until, at the minimum, the next review date which would be January 13.
