Uppingham Town secured their immediate return to Rutland League Division One with a six-wicket win over Bretton.
Uppingham will join Market Overton back in the top flight after the village side finished top in division two.
On Saturday, Bretton won the toss and got off to a poor start with the loss of two early wickets to Max Collins (3-31) in the fourth over for just 15 runs.
Mark Drake top-scored for Bretton on 65 and was partially helped by three dropped catches by Uppingham.
Gulriaz Khan (29) and Andy Bennett (15) chipped in to help Bretton struggle to 157 all out.
Mark Cox (4-38), Scott Green (3-18) and Max Collins (3-31) were the wicket takers for Uppingham.
In reply, Uppingham got off to a solid start Jamie Dumford (44) and Martin Bennett (51) set Uppingham up with a partnership of 101 for the first wicket.
Jamie Richardson (22no) and Mark Cox (22) took Uppingham to within four runs of victory when Cox lost his wicket lbw to Gulraiz Khan, quickly followed by Jack Salt caught out for a duck.
However, Richardson saw Uppingham home to a comfortable six wicket win in the penultimate over, finishing on 160-4.
