Deepings darts ace Martin ‘Wolfie’ Adams is after claiming his third Dutch Open Championship on Sunday.

The three times World Champion from Deeping St James won three sets to one in a competition that attracted a field of more than 3,000 players.

In a thrilling final, his opponent ‘Dazzler’ Darryl Fitton also came away celebrating after throwing the first televised nine-darter of 2015 in the third leg of the fourth set.

Adams walked away with the first prize while Fitton, from Urmston, Manchester, took the keys to his new Skoda car.

In the ladies final it was again Aileen de Graaf who won the title for the second year in a row in a thrilling final against Deta Hedman. Aileen won the final impressively 5-2.
