Stamford Town got their new Hunts League campaign off to an emphatic start on Saturday with a five-wicket win at Nassington.
Town have opted to play in the localised Division One North alongside Barnack, Burghley Park, Hampton and Nassington to cut down on the amount of travelling normally required in the Cambs League competition.
They plan to field a number of their emerging teenage talents in the competition and the young guns were firing at Nassington on Saturday.
