A diverse range of artistic work is currently being showcased at the Victoria Hall in Oakham, as part of an annual event organised by two local artists.

Ken Forrest and Stuart Ball have organised the popular art exhibition in Oakham for the past 10 years and in it’s 10th year have both decided that it will sadly be its last.

To celebrate the occasion, all of the guest artists who have joined them over the years have been invited to contribute to the success of the event.

All of those invited have accepted the request, resulting in a total of 20 local artists who will be exhibiting their work.

More than 75 paintings will be on show at the exhibition which promises to be it’s biggest and best yet. With all of the work for sale at an affordable price.

The exhibition will showcase the diverse and varying styles available and promises to be an interesting and very exciting event.

Ken Forrest and Stuart Ball said: “All of the artists are a true representation of the high standard that the local artist community is now producing.”

The exhibition which started on Tuesday will run until August 9 at Victoria Hall, situated in Oakham High Street.

The exhibition is open every day of the week from 10am to 4pm, including Sundays.
