Hear Ben Fogle talk about his new book at Peterborough Central Library

TELEVISION presenter, adventurer and writer Ben Fogle will be at Central Library in Peterborough on Monday at 1pm to talk about his new book, The Accidental Naturalist.

The books tells the extraordinary true stories of Ben’s amazing encounters with animals and how they changed his life.

For as long as he can remember Ben has been surrounded by creatures great and small. His passion for wildlife has taken him all over the world, from the plains of Africa to the sea ice of Antarctica. He has played with penguins, been chased by bull elephant seals and tapirs, and helped operate on a cheetah.

In recent years Ben has become an esteemed author with three of his previous books; The Crossing, Race to the Pole and The Accidental Adventurer, becoming Sunday Times bestsellers.

Tickets are £3 (£2 for concessions and reading group members) from Central Library and Waterstones Peterborough.
