A special art and photography exhibition taking place this June will celebrate exceptional standards of work from creative pupils at Stamford Welland Academy.
Some of the unique and inspiring work from Stamford Welland Academy’s most creative pupils is to go on show in the town this Summer.
From Tuesday, June 14 to Tuesday, June 21, members of the public will be able to see a broad collection of artwork and photography from pupils on display at the Stamford Arts Centre.
The exhibition will be called ‘Growing Every Day’ – an important aspect of the Stamford Welland Way.
The exhibition is free and open to all.
Anthony Partington, principal of Stamford Welland Academy said: “Achievements at the Academy are going from strength to strength, and celebrating our students’ success is an integral part of our approach.
“We have been inspired and moved by many of the pieces of creative work that our students have produced as part of their art and photography studies, and are delighted that they can be viewed by others at the Stamford Arts Centre this Summer.”
The exhibition will be held in Stamford Arts Centre’s gallery, which is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 9pm. Further details can be found online.
