Daffodils were the star exhibits at Stamford Horticultural Society’s spring show.
Organisers said there were some fine entries, despite the daffodil season being very early this year.
As well as daffodils, there were also awards given out for bulbs, kitchen garden displays, floral arrangements, cookery and handicrafts.
During the afternoon, the show was open to the public to view the exhibits and enjoy a cup of tea and piece of cake.
The trophies and awards were presented by Mayor of Stamford Sue Sandall.
The Society is hoping for an equally successful Summer Show which will be held on August 20, when the focus will be on dahlias and fruit and vegetables.
