The Stamford Corn Exchange Theatre Lounge, in Broad Street, will be host a live music event tomorrow (Friday) to raise money for Worldwide Cancer Research.

Christian Bond,18,from Barholm, is hosting the event to help raise money to go towards his current fundraising project for Worldwide Cancer Research in which he hopes to raise £3,000.

The evening will start at 8pm with a DJ set from Claypole Vibes, followed by live music from bands: The Straights, Radius 45 and solo singer Nathan Wilson.

Chris said: “Ticket sales are going well. At £5 a ticket this will raise a considerable amount for the charity, and I am looking forward to seeing everyone having a great time while supporting a great cause.”

Chris will also be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, in August this year in aid of Worldwide Cancer Research.

Tickets can be purchased on the Corn Exchange website or on the door.
