The Deeping Carnival will have a Carry on Rio theme this year and will take place on Sunday, July 3, from noon on the John Eve Field.

The carnival parade will leave from the leisure centre car park at 11am. As well as a flypast at 2pm, there will be many arena events.

In the marquee will be displays from Deepings Heritage, the IPMS Fenland and Spalding Model Society, Deeping St James WI, and activities for children. There will be stalls including face painting, a bouncy castle and the barrel train and a beer tent.

The event is jointly organised by Deeping Lions and Deeping Rotary Club.
