Spring Concert at Uppingham School Chapel

Uppingham Choral Society will be performing Mozart’s ‘Vesperae Solennes de Confessore and Beethoven’s ‘Mass in C, Opus 86’ at its annual Spring Concert.

The concert will be held in the atmospheric Uppingham School Chapel on Saturday, April 16.

There will be orchestral accompaniment and professional soloists.

A choir spokesperson said: “These works are a considerable challenge to any choir and offer great interest to the audience.

“We look forward to greeting old and new friends at the Chapel.”

The performance will commence at 7.30pm with interval refreshments.

Tickets are available on the door at a cost of £8. No charge for children 16 years and under.
