Top West End show comes to Rutland

Rutland Musical Theatre will bring the huge West End hit ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ to Rutland from Wednesday, next week until Saturday, April 16.

Members of the society will perform this stunning show at the Uppingham Theatre, featuring the popular musical numbers, ‘I don’t know how to love him’, ‘Gethsemane’ and ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’.

Chairman, Anne Stringer said: “We are thrilled to be able to bring this hugely iconic production to the local stage. The music and lyrics by Andrew Lloyd- Webber and Tim Rice are loved by many and we hope that it proves to be a popular night out for local residents.”
